Retention period
– The retention period for Personal Data processed by Asia Safari Laos varies depending on the uses, the documents concerned, and the limitation periods and legal obligations. Thus, as part of managing the contractual relationship between you and Asia Safari Laos, Personal Data is kept for up to three years from the end of our contractual relationship.
